Hi Mr Hull. Luis was only in constant contact before I purchased the vehicle. I CONTACTED Luis when I discovered the radio didn't work. I CONTACTED Luis to see how you were going to resolve this. The only solution Luis offered me at first was to drive all the way back to Houston, 4 hours away, to put the car on diagnostic. Then drive back to Houston once a part come in. It wasn't until I posted a review, that Luis contacted me to offer to have the car fixed in my area. Before the review, Luis offered no solutions, wasn't trying to help me and told me there wasn't much he could do for me since I had already bought the car. So please don't act as if LUIS was seeking me out, trying to contact me and actually helping me in this situation. My local dealer will do the diagnostic tomorrow. They will send you the invoice and I can only hope your company will make this right.
