My wife and I recently visited this dealership to look into purchasing a new 2024 XT4 we had reviewed on their website. From initial contact on the phone with Austin Roper, to finalizing the deal with Dav into purchasing a new 2024 XT4 we had reviewed on their website. From initial contact on the phone with Austin Roper, to finalizing the deal with David Kaizer, the experience was just amazing! Both gentlemen were professional, personable, understanding, and actually did more listening than talking. They exceeded our expectations and by far this was the best dealership experience we ever had, and we've been to plenty of dealerships. The process was quick, the vehicle is amazing, and the price was fair for both parties. Additionally, although it was late in the day, Austin took us through all the vehicle options and available settings, in fact, he set most of them for us! Finally, Austin topped the experience off with a parting gift. My recommendation? If you're in the market for a Cadillac in the Denver area, see Austin and David in Lone Tree. We didn't see John Elway, but we believe he would have been proud of his team at this dealership. Thank you! More

Went in to buy a lyrique. I had decided to buy that car just needed to close a deal. The sales person ( who was just fine) went to the manager ( I think the managers name was I had decided to buy that car just needed to close a deal. The sales person ( who was just fine) went to the manager ( I think the managers name was rob). The sales person came back with a proposed deal, I said that we needed to negotiate a few things. The manager came in and basically pointed at the piece of paper he had sent the sales person in with and said take it or leave it. I never made an offer nor did I counter offer, I simply thanked the manager for his time and drove 500 meters down the road and bought the Chevy version. I actually wanted the Cadillac I but won’t do business with people who disrespect their customers so blatantly. More

My salesman, Michael Meis, was great- no pressure and I really felt that he had my best interests always on his mind. It took a bit longer to purchase my new 2024 Lyriq than I thought it would, but the de really felt that he had my best interests always on his mind.
