This person is a "complete" liar. I have always remained calm, even when I have been treated with disrespect, by every employee that I have come into contact with. The final straw for me was when the service manager, Darren Hall, contacted me after hours, clearly intoxicated, by the bizarre nature of his texts. I blocked his number, and he tried calling me throughout the evening. First, I notified John Elway Cadillac that they were no longer my dealership, then I contacted Maledon, at the Elway Dealership Group, and he basically supported those intoxicated messages. Lets keep it clear. This bizarre allegation of "me being the bad guy" has only occurred here, after I made it clear, that I was going to their largest competitor, and taking dozens of my friends and associates with me. This is the mark of a sleazy dealership. Prepare for a "mountain" of similar, honest, "backed up by emails and texts", reviews, Michael Maledon.
