Mr. Hobson, we spoke to your lien holder yesterday. Your payoff check was issued and send overnight on Oct 21st, the same day you were in the store and signed the paperwork. As stated in the paperwork that we signed we do not release equity funds until the cleared title is received from the lien holder at the dealership. According to our conversation with your lien holder on Nov 2nd they will be mailing the title on Nov 3rd. As soon as it is received we will be happy to release your equity funds. Josh, the GM of JEC (not Joshua GM of sales) is a good guy and understands customer service and decency. He not only listened to my issues but admitted to the lies about sending my info in on the 21st. He was good to make up for my time being wasted and was a genuine person who knew I️ wasn’t being unreasonable. He knew his staff messed up and didn’t try to make excuses or lie further. He understands customer service and how to clean up a mess others made. I’ll never use any John Elway business ever again. But if you deal with Josh (not Joshua) he will do his best to treat you like a human and like you matter. He’s a very good guy.
