End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my locatio Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Well, there no communication until they called me and told me that they had damaged my bumper and they have ordered the new one, but it in until next week.
