Service appointment I had a few things to repair, parts needed to be ordered. After picking up my truck, I noticed my headlights were flickering, so I popped the hood to I had a few things to repair, parts needed to be ordered. After picking up my truck, I noticed my headlights were flickering, so I popped the hood to find one of my headlights was never retightened- which luckily I could fix myself. The staff has always been extremely professional and friendly, my Wife especially noticed that they readily addressed here as much or even more than me (most other dealerships will all but completely ignore the female in a husband and wife shopping team). Very accommodating and friendly in every respect. There is never a sense of pressure from their sales team, but they work hard to satisfy your needs. Prices have always been very fair and trade values great. I've sent my parents and family to them and have never regretted recommending John Hirsch's to anyone.
