Our service person, Taylor, was on vacation. After many delays because of needed parts, our vehicle was completed 1,1/2 weeks after we brought it there. Customer service was fabulous. I was greeted with a smile and Taylor went over a whole list of items that they check even though I was in for a recall item. Called to set an appointment ....was on hold for a bit, but even that person was very helpful and friendly. 3 of 4 members of my family have purchased here and also were delighted with the service. I brought my Jeep in because the soft top feels like it is going to blow off on one side when you drive down the freeway. It hasn't always done this, so I called Jeff Anderson and he told me to bring it in. I took Jeff for a test drive and he could hear it and said that it sounds like something needs to be tightened up. I was told that there was nothing that they could do to tighten it up and that Jeep said that is just a soft top. This just started happening a few weeks ago and it is mainly on one side. I don't like that Jeep and Hirsch have totally washed their hands of this. I realize that it is a soft side and that there is the "normal" noise that they make, but not as bad as it is. I spent a lot of money and it is very disappointing to hear that nobody will help me! More

Originally I called to find out if the dealer could replace a recall part on KIA Sportage. An unidentified phone operator verified the dealer could replace it. I scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment to repl replace a recall part on KIA Sportage. An unidentified phone operator verified the dealer could replace it. I scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment to replace the recall part and have the oil changed (I didn't the check price for oil change). When I arrived at the service bay, I talked to Kevin who was unaware of which services I had scheduled, even after checking the computer. I showed him the recall notice and told him I also wanted the oil changed. Kevin replied condescendingly, "Well, I can help you with the oil change, but forget about the recall," without offering any explanation. When I asked why the dealer couldn't replace the recall part, he replied with a chuckle, "We're not a KIA dealer, so we can't do it." He made no effort to locate a KIA dealer until I asked if there was one nearby. I told him to do the oil change, since I was already there. He told me the job would take about an hour, and that he would call me when finished. Nearly three hours passed without any word from the dealer, so I called to find out if the job was done. The service receptionist confirmed she had received the paperwork nearly an hour earlier, and was surprised I had not been notified. The oil change was overpriced at $32. I have seen recent competitor pricing as low as $16.99. Had I asked for the price before authorizing the job, I would have left the dealer without buying any service. I will not return to John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors in the future. The phone representative misrepresented the services available and the service advisor, Kevin, acted like it was my fault for not knowing any better. The whole experience was unpleasant and a bit degrading. More

I came in to have my vehicle's oil changed and asked them to check out a strong smell of anti-freeze. Long story short the heater core was going out and it was going to cost $900 to fix it. The service person Jon H. was so kind to me because he knew how upsetting it was for me especially because my extended warranty didn't cover it. He went and spoke with managers and sales people and told me to come back the next day and speak with Jayne (recommended sales person). I believe that this service person went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my problem and was so kind to me and caring...I was amazed. The next day I came back, early in the morning, and Jon greeted me, after being paged, and told me that Jayne would be with me shortly. It was 15 minutes before the sales staff was on duty so I didn't mind waiting. She had just gotten there. Between Jayne and the finance person, Jeff, they worked SO hard to get me into another vehicle that I could afford and would like. I was truely impressed, this time, with the dealership that it renewed my faith in them and I will relay my experience with my friends and family. It was so nice to be treated so kindly by everyone.....especially Jon H. (service) and Jeff (finance). This was customer service at it's finest!!! More

I have done all my business with John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors for over 8 years and have been more than satisfied. I have been treated with respect and fairly.
