Deceptive practices purchased an new Honda Pilot and was offered an extended warranty. Advised the financial manager and salesman that we normally did not keep a vehicle purchased an new Honda Pilot and was offered an extended warranty. Advised the financial manager and salesman that we normally did not keep a vehicle past the regular warranty. Was assured that if we traded the vehicle in prior to the original warranty expiring we would be given a full refund. Traded the vehicle and upon requesting the refund was advised that the warranty purchased began at the time of purchase and would have to be prorated. This would have overlapped the original warranty which would mean two warranties were in effect at the same time. When I explained I had been specifically told I could get a full refund if traded prior to the three year original warranty, I was told they were sorry but I had been miss informed and there was nothing they could do. A very deceptive dealership. More
