Mark, I would like to apologize for not being able to correct your issues on you 2001 Honda Accord. Everyone here at John Howerton strives to ensure every customer is very satisfied with the service they receive. In your situation with the Accord you declined all repairs after each diagnostic and you chose to have the work performed elsewhere. This did not give us any opportunity to correct the issues we had identified, so when you returned their were different issues that needed to be resolved. We want to create long term relationships with every customer, again I apologize that you feel as if your situation was not handled properly.
