While my family and I were traveling through, our van broke down in New Middletown. All indications pointed to the fuel pump that had been changed out three times in the last two years. Desperate with four young children, my wife and I had the van towed to John Jones GM in Corydon. Concerned, Pat offered to find us a rental vehicle for our large stranded family. She called us back repeatedly with repair estimates and service options to help ease our minds (I'm not sure the kids knew anything but that we stopped for gas). Not only was she able to get our van fixed in less than 24 hours, she saved us hundreds in the process. In fact, it was not the fuel pump again, but loose and corroded connectors leading from the pump (likely damaged from three previous repair attempts. If and when my vehicle breaks down again, I hope I'm somewhere near Pat and Jones GM in Corydon, IN! More
