At the time of purchase, the vehicle was sold “as is,” and the purchase documents acknowledging those terms were reviewed and signed twice. We also offered a service contract specifically designed to help protect customers from unexpected repair situations like this. Our team has remained transparent, answered questions as they’ve been presented, and offered goodwill assistance despite the vehicle being purchased as-is. In addition, our Customer Care team has reached out multiple times during normal business hours, but calls have not been answered and the voicemail message states not to leave messages.
