After experiencing a very pushy salesperson from another dealership, I just wanted to look at a Buick Lacrosse but not be pressured by a salesperson. Driving into John Jones lot at Corydon, two salesperson dealership, I just wanted to look at a Buick Lacrosse but not be pressured by a salesperson. Driving into John Jones lot at Corydon, two salespersons approached and ask to help but walked away when I said I was just looking, no pressure! I have a friend who recommended Eric Montgomery as someone to call; she said he was great to work with. My experience with Eric was just what my friend had said it would be. He gave me time to make my decision without the pressure. At the time of purchase, he took the time to introduce me to the service department personnel; they were also very friendly. After the purchase, Eric followed up with a phone call and card letting me know he was available if I had questions or concerns. My thanks to Eric for great customer service!!! More
I came to the dealership and was approached by Mr Montcgomery. I described the type of truck I was looking for. Low mileage truck several years old, Crew Cab. The next day Mr Montgomery called me that he had found a truck matching what I was looking for and they were bringing it to Corydon for me to look at. After looking the truck over found it to be exactly what I was looking for. I was given the truck overnite to see if I wanted to purchase it. Next day we came to an agreement on price. Final cleanup of truck was done while I was waiting. Had Mr Montgomery drive the truck as I felt some knocking that appeared to be in the steering column. They agreed to have the service department look at it this week. I was called and told an appointment was made for the service department to check it out thursday 12/8 at 8:30am. Everything has gone extremely well so far. Everyone pleasant and professional. I might add I have not purchased a GM vehicle since the 1980's due to mechanical and service problems . Prior to that I purchased only GM products from 1957 to the 1980's. Donald Schmidt More
