I have recommended numerous customers to Scott over the past years. Monte Ball is the service writer whom I do business with most often. Monte watches over the service record on both of my vehicles (both bought here0 and has helped to keep my vehicles in the same condition as they were when I purchased them. Work is completed on time and when the weather permits I am given a courtesy wash on the vehicle. John Jones and I also have a wonderful arrangement where I drop the vehicle off on my way to work, someone takes me to work, they bring the vehicle to me when the work has been completed, and I stop off at the end of the day to pay the bill or do so over the phone. I do not have the inconvenience of sitting in a waiting room while my vehicle is being worked on. This is greatly appreciated. More

I had mechanical issues within hours of driving the vehicle off the lot, although there was no warranty (unless I wanted to purchase one for about 4 grand), I expected not to have any problems that soo vehicle off the lot, although there was no warranty (unless I wanted to purchase one for about 4 grand), I expected not to have any problems that soon, on a $16,000 vehicle. I called the next day and they wanted me to wait 5 days to bring it in so they could look at it, which was unacceptable, We were able to get in the next day only after we put the loan application on hold at our bank. They still wanted us to pay half the repair on something that should have been found when then sold a GM CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE. After we declined the offer to split the cost of the repair and asked for our trade-in back and cancel the deal( as we were advised by our bank to do if they would not cover the cost of the repair) , They did agree to front the whole cost after they realized we were willing to walk away over $180.00. WE had an very good and Friendly salesman would probably go back but will be very cautious the next time. More

I recently got a pre-owned Buick Rendezvous from John Jones in Salem. After setting in the hot sun, my rearview mirror came detached from my windshield. I got a kit to reattach it but I was not sure how to reattach it. I went to the service shop to make an appointment to have it reattached, but Monte instead helped me attach it almost immediately for free.
