Harold, on your first visit, we found a nail in your tire, which we fixed for you at no cost. You brought it in again, saying the tire was not holding the air. When we looked at the tire and wheel again, we found the wheel to be cracked, which resulted in a loss of air in the tire. Breaking a wheel by driving the vehicle a very short distance into the shop at a slow speed is impossible. You need to travel at a much higher speed and hit a pothole or something to create that much impact to crack a forged metal wheel. We understand your frustration but are confident that we handled your service visits properly and professionally. We hope you will allow us to continue providing service on your Edge because we value you as a customer.

Joseph, we understand that you are upset, but for more than two weeks, we kept in contact with you by phone calls and texts and urged you to take delivery of your ordered Bronco. You stated you would take delivery multiple times but never showed up. We also urged you to stay in contact with us, but your responses to our calls and texts were very infrequent. We have phone logs that show this. Our General Sales Manager spoke to you when you had your hospital stay, wished you well, and told you we would hold the Bronco, but you needed to contact us immediately after you got out. You did not, and we found that out by calling your work and having your co-worker tell us you had just left. You promised to wire us a down payment, which never happened. You gave us every reason to think you could no longer purchase the Bronco, and we gave you every chance to come in and finalize the purchase. We gave you a call and left a message for one last opportunity to come in. We didn’t hear back, so we sold the Bronco. Your reaction to that was to physically threaten our sales manager over the phone to the point where we had to file a police report. You were given every chance to purchase this Bronco. The customers we had that waited well over a year for their Bronco came in the day or the day after it was delivered and purchased. The amount of time and the lack of communication on your end told us you were not ready to buy this Bronco.

Chris, when you purchased the vehicle from us, the vehicle had a clean Carfax, which was shared with you and included in your paperwork. It clearly showed the vehicle never being involved in an accident. The vehicle also passed Pennsylvania's State Inspection and had its Ford Certified Checklist completed. If there was damage on the bumper, it might have happened on the lot. During a call to us a few months ago, you described the issue as "minor" as per our staff. However, recently when you spoke to our Sales Manager, Chad Gilbert, you were more insistent that it was much more. Chad offered to have our body shop look at it to make things right. Since you live far from the dealership, you declined that offer due to the travel time. We would have made things right if there was legitimate damage, as we have done on occasions before. We do not conduct business as you described, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to show you that. We understand your frustration; however, all the documentation we had for your vehicle revealed that it was never involved in an accident.

I will keep checking in with your inventory as your staff is friendly and welcoming and I appreciate that as it's not always the norm today. I wish I could say I hated my present vehicle but I don't and I'm only replacing it because I want to tow my trike when I visit family all over the USA and my present car can't do what I want. No hurry but do need a replacement to complete my bucket list. Thanks for being a nice place to visit...
