Drove down and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the purchase and the professionalism of Joe and Kevin. I have purchased many cars in person and several online and I will give Kennedy Ford a top rating at every step of the process. And in addition to all the foregoing, their price was the best on both the trade in and purchase of the new vehicle. Needless to say my drive home in my new SHO was a great experience. As my SHO was a gently used 15 and had 32 months warranty, I did not consider a certified vehicle. More

He went above and beyond to get the specific car we wanted to test drive! Personable, professional, extremely knowledgable. Not one of those high pressure sorts we had seen earlier in the day at another local Ford dealer. We went in about 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night and there was not even a hint that he wanted to go home and get us out. Exactly the opposite!!!! We went in again on Saturday, on their busiest day. I know he had multiple customers at the same time. Never once did he leave us sitting and waiting! He was great to explain everything and get us into the car we decided to purchase. This was the first car purchasing experience for my daughter. An awesome experience for her. We will be back to Kennedy for and more specifically to Steve Snapp!! Give that man a promotion! What a great Sales Manager he would make! Although at the moment I cannot remember his name, the Finance Manager was awesome as well! He worked hard to get my daughter the best deal possible on the finance side. The service department however is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I've given them plenty of chances between oil changes tire replacements and recalls and every time they manage to aggravate the crap out of me! The car is NEVER I repeat NEVER ready when it's supposed to. They always try selling you stuff you don't really need and they don't care to give you a rental when it's their fault the car isn't done! Take your business somewhere else because the guys running the service department at ignorant idiots that are hurting that location. More

BEST experience EVER I decided I wanted a car on a Saturday afternoon and on Saturday afternoon I was driving home in my new Escape. The sales team was GREAT. My salesperson Sam Huhn, was excellent and also hysterical, I didnt feel like i was on the spot or that i was being pressured. He had all of the answers i need and even showed me several cars that I was actually interested in. HE wasnt wasting my time. Sam made the entire process so easy for me and walked me to my new car when it was over. I was alos surprised when i recieved a follow up call from him to see how i was liking my new car. Kennedy is really top notch... I look forward to going back when my lease has ended. More
