I had a great experience at Smith's used car. I had never heard of them, but saw the reviews and decided to check them out. They gave me a good appraisal for my trade in, and I got a great deal on an Acura T heard of them, but saw the reviews and decided to check them out. I heard about this dealer through word of mouth, and was pleased to hear that every good thing said about them was true. I found a great, pre-owned car that was priced very well, less than I was even expect pleased to hear that every good thing said about them was true. The staff was very friendly, very personal, and while clearly in the business to make money, made no attempts to push anything on me, or talk me into anything I did not want. In fact, I was even advised on what to do to make my transaction easier as I was a first time buyer. Even better was when I ran into a snag with getting my insurance transferred over, the employees were calm, and patient, and worked with me. Had we not run into that snag, I would have been in and out of there very quickly, and even still, this was the fastest, most efficient vehicle transaction I've ever witnessed. (Even if this was my first car bought through a dealer, it was not my first time in the situation, and trust me when I say this took no time at all in comparison.) I would strongly recommend this dealer. You can't find a friendlier, more ethical place. More
