"One Transfer case & two differencial fluid change"

Steve did a great job in helping me get my 2002 Trailblazer (131000 miles) service done in one visit. I originally came in to have the front differential serviced, because of being a senior, I have to keep repair bills to a minimum doing one box a month. Steve gave me great pricing on all three boxes that not only saved me money, but time. Now, I can focus on other maintenance repairs needed in the next coming months.

Penny was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They checked for recalls when I went in for routine maintenance, found a recall and fixed that too.

"Air conditioner"

I brought my van in to ck the air conditioner looked at because it was blowing hot air. And also wanted my transmission checked because it was in my oppinion not acting right at times. My only complaint is that i think all this should have been under warranty. I had to pay for a diagnostic. Not happy about that .

"My visit"

Steve who is my advisor did a great job of taking care of my requests to have my infotainment system updated and even though they didn't find anything wrong with my engines computer they did an update on it so now my performance when I'm on the freeway is much better. Bring your patience because updating the infotainment system on your vehicle takes time. Good place to get your oil changed along with everyone being very friendly.

I'm 57 years old and I just have to say that I don't think I have ever had better service from any business establishment in my life! The reminders, the way I'm greeted, the way that I'm spoken to, THE SERVICE!, the explanations, the follow ups, everything that I experienced and I mean EVERYTHING! with John L Sullivan Chevrolet was the best that I have ever experienced. They found the problem and fixed it without replacing any parts. You don't usually expect that or get that when bringing your car in with an issue. They also took care of a recall on my power steering before I had even been notified by Chevrolet. In the end they even covered one of the days for my rental car because the work took so long. Thank You JLS!!!
