I originally went in for service on my car but then talked to a sales person about trading in my vehicle. I ended getting a good deal and they worked long hours to help us get what we want. Was a great experience and glad I went in that day.

"Fixed Annoying Dash Rattle"

The John L Sullivan service team worked diligently to figure out what could be rattling in the dashboard of a new 2018 Chevrolet Colorado. They were able to locate a loose screw that had a metal washer shaking around on it. The cabin is perfectly quiet now.

I have had my 2004 Monte Carlo serviced at Sullivan since I purchased it in Arizona.. Have found your service, expertise and Service people to be informative and accurate with repairs. Steve White is outstanding on all fronts...you need to clone him!! Afraid I cannot say the same about the Sales Department....which led me to return to Arizona when I needed to purchase a new car!!!!
