Unsatisfied with john Lee Mazda, when i bought car after transaction they gave me one Key and never mentioned they did not have two which one expect when purchasing vehicle. I paid hundreds of dollars to transaction they gave me one Key and never mentioned they did not have two which one expect when purchasing vehicle. I paid hundreds of dollars to have 2nd Key Fob made. Secondly, the GMC Acadia's had evap purge pump problem they they never revealed.The first week the check engine light came on and had to be replaced. Ashley Hinds is FANTASTIC! ! I bought a 2020 Pathfinder in Texas. Less than 1000 miles into a trip my "New" car blew a gasket. John Lee Nissan was the closest dealer to me. ! From the minute I walked into the service department I was treated like a longtime customer instead of someone just passing through. Ashley and the service team worked with Nissan to make sure I was treated well. I seriously was surprised by how hard they advocated for me. My car ended needing to be in the shop for a while, Ashley and the courtesy driver made sure I had a rides to the hotel and Enterprise.
