Service is very overrated, tell you things that's wrong ŵith car and try too get you too service things that don't need fixed. Was told that i need four different services, took too another mechanic and w ŵith car and try too get you too service things that don't need fixed. Charged 417.oo to get a new key and reprogram it and was quoted 178.00 big rip off . Be very careful. More
John Lee Nissan Very responsive dealer. My Salesman Fensay was very professional and personable. Went in for scheduled oil change on my 2019 Nissan Murano (which I loved!) And bought a 2021 My Salesman Fensay was very professional and personable. Went in for scheduled oil change on my 2019 Nissan Murano (which I loved!) And bought a 2021 gorgeous loaded Lexus RX 350 that very day! Overall great experience and made a new friend too! More
When I brought my mini cooper in there to have the oil changed, the technician who completed the service cross threaded the oil plug causing the oil to leak out of the car. I brought my car to another dea changed, the technician who completed the service cross threaded the oil plug causing the oil to leak out of the car. I brought my car to another dealership for a different service bringing this problem to my attention. I contacted John Lee and was advised that they would fix it. When I arrived there they completed the change and charged me to fix their screw up. This will be the last time I bring any vehicle there. I guess they don't know how to service any other car makes. I made an appt. to get my car repaired. Had someone I made an appt. to get my car repaired. Had someone follow me to drop my car off...when I got there they told me they did not have the parts and told I made an appt. to get my car repaired. They could have called me and told me they did not have the parts! I had to go to work. They want $879.00 to fix my car...took it to a local auto shop and got my car fixed for $286.00. A rip off and really inconvenienced me so mad!!! Never will buy a car or use their service dept again! More
This dealership misguides customers to return every 5,000 miles for Full Synthetic Oil change "0W20 Oil" whose specification calls for oil change every 7,500 mi to 10,000 miles! (a fact anyone can confirm on miles for Full Synthetic Oil change "0W20 Oil" whose specification calls for oil change every 7,500 mi to 10,000 miles! (a fact anyone can confirm online) Having contacted them for a refund of the second oil change since it was unnecessary, the Service Director did nothing other than give me 'lip service'. Having politely let him know the frequent intervals of every 5,000 miles they suggest was for nothing other than to generate more business and make more $$$ at the expense of the customers. More
Not very happy with the service dept my vehicle went in 4 times because ac was not blowin cold air as it suppose to they refused to replace my ac compressor. They said it wasnt compressor so asked them why did you fill it with blue dye the car was bought new from them it only had 6000 miles on it but they fought tooth and nail refusing to replace faulty compressor instead they tore my whole dashout of vehicle saying ac control knob was bad in process of tearing dash out they messed up wires under dash that caused me more serious problems i have had worst service expirence in my life dealing with them after last time from there shop i seen car was still not fixed i took car to another dealer and almost cried trading it in for another new car that everything worked on and i wouldnt have to keep fighting a dealer that refised to fix my car even with full warranty my propblem is now over i got another new vehicle but john lee wasnt where i bought it and you know 100 percent they wont ever put a wrench on this one ever beware letting them work on your new nissan it can go bad quickly i just wanted to share my bad misfortune dealing with this repair shop beware you could end up only way to fix it is to trade it after they mess it up .
