They are Incompetent I have a 2012 Volvo S60 T5 I bought July 2018. Engine blew in about 2 months has 84,000 miles on it (not their fault) I had a warranty. They could not I have a 2012 Volvo S60 T5 I bought July 2018. Engine blew in about 2 months has 84,000 miles on it (not their fault) I had a warranty. They could not find a good motor after 3 tries. Oct 10th 2018 and Hurricane Michael struck two of their Nissans sandwiched my car doing a lot of damage. Again not their fault. So now I have a car with no motor and body damage. Geico paid for the repairs with persuasion from the Body shop service manager. The body shop did a great job except they did not repair the passenger mirror. They claimed it was a different problem not theirs. Wrong answer. still overall I give the body shop a thumbs up, the car looks great. Geico was hard to deal with and did not do the right thing concerning the tires. I think it was the 4th motor that came in good. We hope. I paid extra to have all the belts and pulleys and water pump and spark plugs replaced. I year later they say my car is ready. Great. I go pick it up. take to my mechanic to have it checked out. The belts Idler pulley, timing belt, spark plugs and water pump were never changed. I had to call out John Lee about the problem. The service manager seemed like not to give a crap and told me the timing belt was new. They replaced all of it. They called again and said it was ready. Drove it for about 5 minute and the car said pull over immediately coolant problem. took it back and they fixed it. said there was an air bubble in the coolant system. I pick it up and start driving home everything seem fine for a bit the all xxxx broke loose. all the error lights light up All the safety braking system failed the cruise failed. They said the right abs wheel sensor was bad and wanted to charge me another $250.00. I took it to my mechanic and he found an axle bolt loose causing the wheel to shake a little ruining my wheel sensor. John Lee also left off a lower motor mount that i had to pay to have replaced. I had him go from front to back and check every detail he could find and fix it. John lees Mechanics or at least some of them are not professional. they do not pay attention to details. All of what I am saying is documented. To the credit of John Lee They did give me a loaner car and I am grateful for that. I am out over $3000.00 on this car, It was supposed to cost me $250.00 plus a few extras. As of right now the car is running great, not to the credit of John Lee. Just a warning double check their work don't trust them. They have lost me as a customer plus all my friends who have bought from them but never will again. It is a shame that Large companies no longer know how to do the right thing. It is all about the money not the customer. They did offer me $6000.00 for the car. I paid $12,000.00 Two months earlier. Just a note The Hurricane Destroyed John Lee So some of the timeline was not their fault. But was not an excuse for extremely bad service. Between Geico, Five Star and me there is about $20,000 in a $9 ,000. Some of the timeline might be off but not by much. Please watch out for this company. they are not to be trusted. Like must car lots. Whatever happened to good people and honest service, The new phrase used by companies is We believe we are honest not WE ARE HONEST. Saved from dead battery on vacation While on vacation in Panama city with my family we encountered a dead battery after dinner one evening. I called John Lee Nissan first thing the next While on vacation in Panama city with my family we encountered a dead battery after dinner one evening. I called John Lee Nissan first thing the next morning and I got an appointment for service that morning. The service writer I spoke with was very friendly and even asked if I needed a tow in. Once I was checked in everything went very smooth, when they ran their diagnostics they found a dead battery and worked with me to get a receipt from another Nissan dealer in Missouri for the battery that went bad. If not for the willingness of the service writer to work with me I might have had to pay full price for a battery that was still under warranty. I'm very thankful to Ashley and the rest of the John Lee Nissan service department for making the rest of my family vacation worry free from a dead car battery! More

They are a terrible car dealership and will lie to your face. Marilyn is worlds worse!!! It wasn’t even 24 hours after I bought it the back end started boiling smoke! Within 20 days it broke down five times and they wanted me to wait until Warranty kicked in for the repair. Well the warranty kicked in and they told me it didn’t cover the blower. Wanted $490. While they fixed the blower they broke the piece that holds the compressor in place. Didn’t even get out of parking lot and the van started shaking uncontrollably. They wanted another $500 to fix that. THey were suppose to fix the calipers three times and to this day they still are bad and they stick causing smoke. Oh yeah the windows broke and I had someone fix it and John Lees mechanics left two pair of needle nose pliers in the door causing the wire to break sounding like a gunshot! That is just a little bit of what they have pulled! DO NOT BUY ISED VEHICLES FROM JOHN LEE!!!! More
Best Service I have ever had bar none They go out of their way to ensure you have the best service available. I called John Lee Nissan on a Saturday morning While visiting Florida in our 2013 Altima, we noticed a hesitation whenever we slowed down or sped up. I called John Lee Nissan on a Saturday morning and was told to bring the car right in. We were met by a Tech immediately, who then took our info and asked us to wait in the lounge. Within an hour we were informed of the bad news, and then the good news. 1st the bad - Our transmission was going bad. Not a good feeling when you're 12 hundred miles from home and at a dealer you've never heard of. But then a very polite and helpful young lady told us that it was completely covered under warranty. We were asked how soon we were headed for home, told we would have the car back in plenty of time, and given the use of a 2016 Altima to drive at no charge while we waited, . The dealer kept us informed of the progress, and when it was ready, called us early in the morning to pick it up. When we arrived we were again greeted by a polite Rep and escorted to our car, which they had also washed. It drove beautifully all 12 hundred miles home. To say the least, we could not be happier with the service we received from John Lee Nissan. If we lived anywhere near them, they would be our dealer for sure. Extended warranty is a RIP-OFF Bought a 2014 Nissan Quest on Dec. 31, 2015. Was talked e extended warranty. Paid a total of $2,474 for it. Took the car in for servicing today and they informed us that we needed a new battery which is NOT covered under the warranty 10 1/2 months later. We will NEVER do business with them again! More
