Collision Center left car worse than when I dropped off I chose this center based on the facility they had. Little did I know that my car would end up worse than when I picked it up. They held my car for three weeks, never calling me to give an update And during that time left my car to drain the electrical system and destroy my battery. They are only about collecting money from insurance companies and not about doing great work or customer service. More

I have been to John Lee Nissan on several occasions and have found the experience professional and timely each time. Several months ago after an accident that did a lot of body damage; they had my car for 4 weeks and every step of the process was handled professionally. One week after I got my car back it stopped running due to a computer issue, related to the damage. I called them and within 30 mins someone was there. They went to work immediately to tow the vehicle, assess the problem, provide me a rental, etc. I have only dealt with the service dept and the body shop but I can say, each representative I have dealt with in those depts. has been courteous and professional every time. More
Worst Customer Service I'm appalled by the customer service my dad received from this dealership. My elderly father broke down outside your Nissan dealership and had to pus I'm appalled by the customer service my dad received from this dealership. My elderly father broke down outside your Nissan dealership and had to push his truck into the parking lot with no help in the hot Florida sun. He has no cell phone and could not call anyone he might have known for help. I live out of state and worry about my dad on a daily basis. I just want to send a very sarcastic thank you to whoever it was at your dealership who waited on him because they did only the very least that would be expected of him. When my dad asked for help taking the battery out to his truck he was told that no one would help. When he asked for a dolly or a battery handle tool he could use to assist him, again he was told they had nothing to help him. He had to struggle with the battery as he carried it back to his truck trying to wrap it in his shirt to hold on to it and at some point got battery acid on himself and was bleeding. Your dealership demonstrates what is wrong in this country and world these days as not enough people see the opportunities to help others in need. They are only worried about doing the minimum. More

Sales were great...service was horrible! I bought a Toyota Camry which needed the drivers door lock fixed. I brought it to the service dept and the service manager had to get 3 men to come an I bought a Toyota Camry which needed the drivers door lock fixed. I brought it to the service dept and the service manager had to get 3 men to come and verify what I was saying. Simply that the lock didnt work! I bought the extended warranty and they still wanted me to pay! It took my husband calling them to straighten them out. Then I went back for an oil change. Stood there for 15 minutes before ANYONE would even acknowledge me. Then the service guy was rude. So I went down the road to the Toyota dealership and will from now on!!!! More
Overall Service review I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra from this dealership and I had a problem with the transmission or so I thought it was I brought it in to the service dep I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra from this dealership and I had a problem with the transmission or so I thought it was I brought it in to the service department, where they told me this was normal for a 2014 sentra, I did not know any different because I have never owned a Nissan, it still doesn't shift right to me, but I am not bringing it back in for them to tell me nothing is wrong with it. They didn't have the paperwork ready the day I went to pick my car up after them keeping it a week, they told me they would send me the paperwork and I to this day have never received the paperwork.. Also I found a mark on the middle part of the trunk of the car and took it into the body shop and the gentleman there told me What kind of tree do you park under? I never park under any trees. He told me to bring it back and he would have one of his painters look at it. He made me feel very unwanted.... The same day I purchased my car, my husband and I also helped my daughter buy a 2014 Cube. I have purchased a used vehicle from this dealership also less than 3 years ago. I will never purchase from this dealership again. More
Last used vehicle we will be buying from John Lee Nissan On April 29, 2014, my husband and I purchased a used 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 from John Lee Nissan. The truck had just a little over 100k miles on it but On April 29, 2014, my husband and I purchased a used 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 from John Lee Nissan. The truck had just a little over 100k miles on it but seemed to run great and we were told all of their used vehicles go through rigorous inspection. Here we are 4 months later and have only put 1,980 miles on the truck since we've had it and the transmission is gone! I called the dealership and they offered to run some diagnostics on it for free. After running diagnostics, we were told it was indeed the transmission and it needed to be replaced. The price, we were told to replace, would be $5,200.00, but they would do it for us under the circumstances for around $3,800.00!! We contacted a local transmission shop and the price we were quoted there was quite a bit less than $3800.00! I understand the vehicle was sold "as is" but for the purchase to be less than 6 months ago and for us to have only put 1,900 miles on it, I feel like the transmission should have been replaced by them at no cost! This is the third vehicle we have purchased from John Lee and it is now the last vehicle. More

I have had excellent service every time I have had my vehicle serviced. I could not recommend John Lee Nissan any higher. The people are friendly, they are quick and efficient. I have worked with many service people, but most recently with Ronnie Golden. He is an Excellent + Serviceman. I have been doing business with them for many years. You can't go wrong with John Lee Nissan/Mazda! More
