Repair work to van was quick and great but was not told prior to work being completed that the van had to be picked up within 2 days of work being completed. I had to pull an employee off his vacation in prior to work being completed that the van had to be picked up within 2 days of work being completed. I had to pull an employee off his vacation in order to pick the van up. A policy like that should be communicated before the service work is completed so staffing can be planning accordingly. If not for that I would give you 5 stars. More
