I assume the work on my car was fine. All I needed was an oil change and regular service on a new car. I waited 2 1/2 hours for this to be done, in spite the fact that I had an appointment. Took our new Equinox in for its first oil change (free courtesy of Thornton Chevrolet), also had a couple of other issues. A steering issue was checked but not addressed (I don't blame Thornton for this, courtesy of Thornton Chevrolet), also had a couple of other issues.
