It’s decent and takes care of his customers so I will recommend friends and family. We were not satisfied with what we felt was a failure to keep us informed about the initial logistics delay in getting a part for replacement under warranty, then a lack of communication in keeping us infor keep us informed about the initial logistics delay in getting a part for replacement under warranty, then a lack of communication in keeping us informed on the day of repair about the progress in making the repair. We were also charged (not just charged, but we believe an excessive amount) for the replacement of a failed battery in our remote on a new Chevy, yet our Ford remotes have not needed a battery change in over ten years of use. More
