I stopped by your service center because my tires seemed to be going flat - I had to put in air twice in the past week or so. Your service agent was polite and professional. You told me that my tires were f to be going flat - I had to put in air twice in the past week or so. Your service agent was polite and professional. You told me that my tires were fine. Two of the four tire sensors do not work in my car, but when my car was returned to me, all four tire sensors no longer worked, and I had to put air in one of the tires the next day. I need to monitor that tire and maybe bring the car to another service center. More

Our first impression of the in person interaction with one of their sale associates was great. Once we purchased a car from your dealership an issue arose of not providing an extra key fob. The effort to one of their sale associates was great. Once we purchased a car from your dealership an issue arose of not providing an extra key fob. The effort to resolve this issue was very irritating and misleading. A lot of attempts were made on our part to reach out to this particular associate we worked with but never answered our calls until the individual called us back once after speaking with the manager. When we showed up to program another key fob to the vehicle we were told once over the phone that the process would take no longer than an hour. Arriving at the dealership we were told the same thing but ended up waiting a total of 4 hours before the process was completed. Also to be noted is that we live 2 hours away from the dealership.
