Gave back my truck with faulty brakes. This is after I had my tires replaced at a Goodyear tire store and the mechanic who drove my truck and replaced the tires checked and told me that my brakes where no had my tires replaced at a Goodyear tire store and the mechanic who drove my truck and replaced the tires checked and told me that my brakes where not getting correct pressure. I had a recall scheduled at Thornton Chevrolet and requested a service inspection. The mechanic drove my truck did the break recall and the inspection and came back saying my truck was fine. Now I know I didn't ask for a breaks inspection but after calling in to the dealership and asking why didn't they didnt say anything about my breaks not having any pressure, she said that I didn't pay for that service, "information ". I'm disappointed that in order to get that information from the company that wishes me to be a repeating customer I basically would have to pay for it, when a tire mechanic told me for free. This let a bad taste in my mouth. BREAKS! To me thats like a bartender giving keys to somebody he knows is over his or her limit. I cant believe that GM is that hard up for money. More
