They did lower the price of the vehicle I wanted by doing so they didn’t give me a tire pressure pump or new tires. But upon arrival (a 4 hour drive- one way) the vehicle had multiple scratches and a dent in so they didn’t give me a tire pressure pump or new tires. But upon arrival (a 4 hour drive- one way) the vehicle had multiple scratches and a dent in the hood. Unfortunately it is going to cost me $1,000 out of pocket to fix the damages they failed to mention to me. In the end I still walked away with said vehicle. More

The technician that rotated my tires evidently used an air wrench and put the lugnuts on so tight that I broke the wrench that came with the truck getting off a flat tire. I do not understand that when I have an appointment I still had to wait at the dealership four hours on my vehicle,very disappointed. Also my rotors where resurfaced at 9000 miles.
