Not pleased at all with customer service and the service department. Donna is rude and condescending. I’ve left several messages with Kim in service and she doesn’t return calls. The gentleman who sold department. Donna is rude and condescending. I’ve left several messages with Kim in service and she doesn’t return calls. The gentleman who sold me my car was amazing but now he doesn’t work there. It’s been less than a month and I’m having so many issues pop up that should have been done before the car was even listed for sale. In hind sight, always have a mechanic check before you buy a used car. Always I will never do business with John Thornton again. More

I am preparing for a couple of road trips and needed to get service done on my vehicle before I left. My ever-changing schedule makes it difficult to make an appointment, so I just drove up to the service get service done on my vehicle before I left.
