The service department has treated me with respect and serviced my truck as they told me. Extra Key Fob We recently purchased a used suburban and it came with one key fob. I asked for them to order an extra one and I would pay for it. When the key fob c We recently purchased a used suburban and it came with one key fob. I asked for them to order an extra one and I would pay for it. When the key fob came in we were not notified. Only after I asked did I know that it had came in. I set up an appointment with the sales rep and he acknowledged. When my wife showed up the key had not been cut for the key fob. She was told it would only take 30 minutes and then she would be on her way. Did I mention she had our three year old and our six month old. Key word "made an appointment". Anyways after about an hour and a half in the key was cut. Then it has to be programmed. After another hour and a half it was ready to go. Same deal when we purchased the car. We agreed to a price and told the sales rep when we would be there that afternoon to pick the car up. I would have thought the paper work would have been prepared but it wasn't. We sat there for over an hour and watched our rep fill out all the documentation. I typically don't leave negative reviews but come on man. Anyone that has young children can understand my frustration. Nice used car at a good price with a nice rep but be prepared to spend some time at the dealership. More
