Skeptical of services received I brought my car in because it was sounding and driving different than what I am used to. I shared with them the check engine light came on briefly. T I brought my car in because it was sounding and driving different than what I am used to. I shared with them the check engine light came on briefly. They came back with a potential reason for the problem and serviced the problem, but when I drove my car it was exactly the same. I took it to another service provider and they diagnosed a completely different problem and now it is fine. I spent $400 fixing something that may or may not needed fixing, but if they had drove the vehicle after rendering the services they would have known what they attempted to fix had not been fixed. I wish I had followed my first instinct and taken it somewhere else. This isn't the first time this has happened where I had to question whether or not what they were telling me is accurate. I was also annoyed to get a call from a sales representative while my car is in the shop asking if I wanted to buy another car instead. I know that is standard practice. I still don't like it. More
Best one yet Brought my vehicle in with radio and climate issues for the seats. The problem was identified, part ordered. Not Satisfied The service department is poorly ran. I made a 9 am appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before so that my vehicle would be a priority at The service department is poorly ran. I made a 9 am appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before so that my vehicle would be a priority at best. My vehicle was not touched at all, not even a diagnostic. The parts that service said I needed was not there either. Why would you set an appointment for someone's vehicle that they need for work and you do not have or do not event look at the vehicle? My vehicle would have been there 48 hours or more. Parts should be checked first and appointments made second. Very frustrating. More

Got to ride with the shop foreman to point out the noise and he made me feel like he genuinely wanted to get to a proper fix. I appreciate that. Most times when you go the dealer, the "problems" with your car go away before the tech looks at it. The tech I rode with wanted to make sure he knew what my issue was so he could diagnose properly.
