It seemed like no one cared about the issue i was having I was having radio problems and came to have it looked at. Ultimately the radio was beyond repair. The sales manager, Dino Hill, made himself freely available from the beginning to help put together a great deal and explain all the numbers. My past experiences at various car dealerships included snooty, high-nosed sales managers who didn't care about anything except "closing a deal" but not Dino. He was very patient with us and and helped make us feel both comfortable and good about our purchase. It was one of the few times where I didn't wake up the next morning wondering whether I got a good deal or not. Since I'm in management myself, its important to me to see the sales manager willing to be involved in a deal. My only regret is that we didn't stop to explore Thornton Chevy the PREVIOUS time we bought a Chevy. For our next purchse, our FIRST stop will be to Thornton Chevy! More
