Oil Change I called to schedule an oil change. I found out that the service advisor I have talked with for 15+ years was no longer there. I talked with another o I called to schedule an oil change. I found out that the service advisor I have talked with for 15+ years was no longer there. I talked with another one. When I went in for the appointment, I was directed to the "person that schedules the oil changes". The work was performed and as always, completed to my satisfaction. The point here is that I have now lost contact with a single point of contact for my service needs. This was very displeasing to me. I would like to have a "single point of contact" for all my service needs. More
