I’ll start by saying, 100% worth the 5 hour drive there, then 5 hours back home with my new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. I arrived There at approximately 5:30pm and finished everything up by 7:30pm. When I arrived, we were greeted by our salesman, Kistopher Franklin, who was awesome to deal with. There were no hidden numbers, everything was transparent. I don’t think the process could have gone any smoother. I give a 5 star rating because I would recommend buying from John Thornton to my closest friends. Tire repair Had a 9:00 AM Saturday appointment to get a slow leak in the driver side, back tire repaired. I arrived promptly at 9 AM and was greated by Matt Cony Had a 9:00 AM Saturday appointment to get a slow leak in the driver side, back tire repaired. I arrived promptly at 9 AM and was greated by Matt Conyers. @ 9:15, Matt came to the waiting area to let me know they found the nail that was causing my leak. He also let me know that the tire would be patched, not plugged, and that it would be around $23, and asked if that was ok. I said yes, and the work was started. Another 15 minutes passed and the work was completed. No more leaks. Matt was courteous and provided guidance and clarity on the type of work that would be done to the tire. More
