Professional and Courteous I drove 6 hours, yes 6 hours, from Raleigh, NC to trade a Vehicle to this dealer and purchase a vehicle they had. They beat out 7 other dealers I was I drove 6 hours, yes 6 hours, from Raleigh, NC to trade a Vehicle to this dealer and purchase a vehicle they had. They beat out 7 other dealers I was in negotiations with. Not only did they beat them out, but they did so in a professional and courteous manner, as well as timely. Communication was on point and the response times were crucial and rapid. they offer me a very fair offer for my trade in, as well as a good price on the vehicle I purchased. they had everything squared away by the time I arrived at the dealer coming from Raleigh, NC. The paperwork was squared away, they had a staff member waiting for me as I pulled up to greet me, and had me in the finance office in a very short time upon arrival to complete the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone as they are very professional and courteous. They understand customer service and are not in the business to rip people off, but to give a fair to good deal to their customers.
