Decent experience with dealer but not with finance manager Leonard was nice and easy to work with throughout the process of buying my car. There was the usual practice of trying to upsell me on warranties and Leonard was nice and easy to work with throughout the process of buying my car. There was the usual practice of trying to upsell me on warranties and Scotchguard, etc, as well as trying to lowball my trade-in, but that is to be expected, unfortunately. However, I was made to wait an extremely long time before signing papers with the finance manager. I might have forgiven that, but no explanation or apology was given. Once I was in his office, it was still an excruciatingly long process, and I was so happy to get out of there. What actually makes me angry is that I was told that my credit would not be checked since I was financing through my credit union. I was promised that more than once. However, I got a notice a few days later that my credit had been checked by John Thornton. I e-mailed a manager and my dealer, and I have not received a reply yet. If they had replied with an apology, explanation, or compensation, I would not be writing a negative review right now. The credit check isn't such a big deal, but dishonesty is inexcusable. More

First time buyer As a first time car buyer I contacted Amber via text in December. I went in the dealership today 2/12/19 and was met by Derek Strickland at the door. Derek walked me to used cars and did everything to get me in the vehicle I WANTED, but he ended up saving me from myself and got me in the vehicle I needed and one that was best for my needs.
