John Thornton Chevrolet

Normally the service at John Thornton is pretty good, but on my last visit it was not what I would have expected. I was there for what turned into 5 hours for an oil change with a tire rotation and front en on my last visit it was not what I would have expected. I was there for what turned into 5 hours for an oil change with a tire rotation and front end alignment. I had a tire sensor that ended up needing to be replaced and when they put the tire back on the rim, they put it on backwards. When I brought up the fact that there was something "different" about 1 out of 4 tires, then it was as if I was crazy. Once the service adviser figured out the issue, he sent the vehicle back for what he made seem like a "quick correction" which actually turned into an additional HOUR of waiting. More

We purchased a MY2023 Bolt EUV to replace our 10 year old Nissan Leaf. We shopped online and thought we found the perfect one at available at your dealership. The next day we learned that car too had already been sold and was no longer available. But again, Jackson looked far and wide to find us the right vehicle. He found us a beautiful car that had everything we wanted and more. And best of all Jackson & Greg gave us an absolutely incredible price that kept us within our tight budget!
