Thank you for the response and we appreciate your feedback. I reviewed this with the Business Manager and she was confused. We would love to clarify the confusion on the two options of extended warranties. As far as the rates unfortunately we do not govern the rates and that is driven by the economy. We will reach out to see if we can clarify the warranty.

No need to clarify the warranty . I was told the truck only came with a 5yr 60K powertrain . GM confirmed it has a 100K as well as an emissions warranty . It’s a moot point regardless I have filed the paperwork for a refund on my warranty and gap due to refinancing last week . You can let me know where we are in that process

Also in regards to the interest rate . I checked with another dealer for the same financing company and it could have been 4.5 points less . Thanks for the response and let me know the status of my warranty refund .
