Bill O'Hara did a great job of getting me in and out with a new vehicle really fast. i had to drive almost 100 miles one way because the chevy dealers in Columbus stated they would not honor the internet pr a new vehicle really fast. i had to drive almost 100 miles one way because the chevy dealers in Columbus stated they would not honor the internet price on an in-transit Vehicle. John Thorton did and he sold a vehicle!! i will recommend everyone to see Bill O'Hara at John Thorton Chevrolet, it's worth the round trip. More

My sales rep, Antonio was wonderful. The rest of the dealership showed absolute incompetence.. I had to remind finance that I owed them money, they forgot. They forgot to send paperwork The rest of the dealership showed absolute incompetence.. I had to remind finance that I owed them money, they forgot. They forgot to send paperwork to my credit union. We had to do it, or they wouldn’t get paid. They contacted me 20 days later, telling me they couldn’t get my tags because they forgot to do emissions. State law says you have to have emissions before you sell a car!!!! I had to do emissions and pay for it. I will most definitely not get my tags on time. Pure incompetence. More
