I need my car serviced before leaving on a trip on Saturday. I call on Monday and am told there are no appointments available for more than 2 weeks. However, at 11:00 Tuesday morning, Byron calls me and tells me they had a 7:30 a.m. cancellation, and they can perform my 15,000-mile service that morning. I bought $74 truck has scratch on the door. They took touch up paint and tried to fix it. Looked at it it was awful. Then had a lot paint guy to fix it. Still not perfect. They won’t to do what they can to sell but once u buy then their help comes to stand still. Bought a new Tahoe 4 months ago from another dealer same thing happened there. Apparently they only want to sell one vehicle per person. Guess I’ll buy my next company truck somewhere else. Good luck ppl. More
