In my 30 + years of dealing at Thornton, I have never had as bad of an experience as I did. I arrived at 2:15 for my 2:30 oil change appointment,, and almost 2 hours later, they had not touched my truck, I as bad of an experience as I did. I arrived at 2:15 for my 2:30 oil change appointment,, and almost 2 hours later, they had not touched my truck, I had to loudly express my disconcerting feelings about my wait and amazingly, 15 mins later, my truck was finished. As a former employee from there, I am aware of how the systems work. And this to me was a blaitant disreguard to my service needs. Even with a scheduled appointment, I have always been in and Out within an average 30 minutes. More
