Made an appointment for service at 7:30am . I was checked in and seated in the waiting room by 7:35. The service was completed and I was on my way home at 8:30. Just went in for my trucks 30,000 mile check-up/oil change Went in to have my 30k check-up on my truck along with an oil change, fuel filter replacement, and a software update recall so I was anticipating a 2- Went in to have my 30k check-up on my truck along with an oil change, fuel filter replacement, and a software update recall so I was anticipating a 2-3 hour appointment when I scheduled it. Ended up getting caught up at my house and showed up about 3 hours late for my appointment. The dealership took zero issue with this and got my info down and took the truck straight into the shop to begin service. The service adviser was very welcoming, professional, and friendly. About 2 hours into my appointment the service adviser came and found me to inform me what had been done and what was remaining and an ETA of when they should be done. He then offered to take me or get me a car so that I could run and go get some food or something to drink or whatever, which I declined, but was a very unexpected offer. Received truck back right at the time he told me it should be done and ran through everything they did. I mentioned a broken trim piece on the trucks consul that im not sure how it had broken, but while trying to fix it I broke it even more. I fully expected this to be an out of pocket expense to fix, but they covered the repair and part no questions asked and with a smile on their face. (I did buy the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty for the truck). That trim piece was not in their stock at the time of my service visit so they had to order the part, and while waiting for the part to arrive I had 2 separate phone calls simply to give me an update on the part order and to make sure I knew they hadn't forgotten about me. Every single employee I passed made a point to say hello, make yourself at home, let us know if you need anything, or some other friendly, welcoming phrase. By far the best service experience I have received from just about any business in quite a long time. (Price is a 4 just because dealership rates are always high no matter what... but nothing against this dealer in particular) More

This service experience was awesome. Steven Reid scheduled the appointment to accommodate our schedule and to avoid having to drive our new Vette in the rain.
