Not Happy! Horrible experience!!!! Insurance estimated 5 days for my car to be fixed, I kept in contact with the body shop 2 weeks in advance letting them know Horrible experience!!!! Insurance estimated 5 days for my car to be fixed, I kept in contact with the body shop 2 weeks in advance letting them know I was bringing my car there..It took 2weeks for my car to be repaired. When I called the body shop to check on my car the lady at the front desk was very rude. When i dropped my car off I had over a half tank of gas ,when I got my car back it was on empty. Im not happy at all. More

Disappointed for the first time I have been coming to this service center since I purchased my vehicle there a few years back, and I have always been pleased. But, this time around I have been coming to this service center since I purchased my vehicle there a few years back, and I have always been pleased. But, this time around on 12/18/19, I was very annoyed by the fact that when I made the appointment, I clearly asked what the charge would be for the diagnostic check, and stated that I wanted them to fix my a/c compressor and do an oil change. Well, the person, I spoke with told me that it was a diagnostic fee of $110 to see why my engine light was on and of course the charge for the oil change and they would see if the compressor was covered by the extended warranty, which I already knew it was. Again, they were aware that I wanted my compressor fixed in addition seeing why my engine light was on. I wasn't sure if the faulty compressor was indeed the cause of the engine light being on. When I arrive, I am told that there was a charge of $110 per issue, meaning $110 for the engine light diagnostic an $110 off the rip for my compressor, even though the last time I was there, they new about the compressor but said they didn't have the manpower that day to fix it. $110 per issue off the rip? Plus, the compressor should have been covered under my extended warranty which has a deductible. So, why would I pay that extra $110. That's excessive! I have never been told $110 per issue before. What if my car had multiple issues? I thought that was the whole purpose of the one diagnostic charge--to let you know everything that came up as a problem with your car. I could take my car somewhere else for a FREE estimate. Moreover, if this is the policy, it should have been thoroughly explained when I scheduled the visit so the customer knows what to expect money wise. When I said that was not told to me at the time I scheduled the appointment, I believe the rep should have made a concession or talked to a manager instead of being dismissive and seemingly annoyed. I have been loyal to John Thornton Chevrolet because of the quality of service in the past, including recommending them to my friends. Now, I am definitely looking elsewhere. More

So he called me and not my husband. Other staff kept calling my husband and he referred them to me.. He is a asset to your service department. I will always ask for RJ when having my Traverse serviced!!!! Donna is also a great asset to the service staff. She is funny and explained in detail everything I needed to know about the loaner that they gave me. She also checked the loaner for anything I might have left behind. Thank goodness that she did !!! I had left all my gas gift cards in the glove compartment, My New Best Friend !!! Thank you!!! Marva was a extraordinary sales person !!!!! Marva Thompson was my sales person. She is a extraordinary sales person. She worked with me and took extra care in being sure that I was 100% satisfied !!!! She saw me in the parking lot when Iwas getting my loaner and came over to check on me, Nash was the sales manager that helped us when we bought the car. Outstanding !!!
