I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruze at this dealership on 2-10-12 I have brought my car to this service center for at least 90% of everything ever completed on it. I do this as a means for me to develop my confidence I have brought my car to this service center for at least 90% of everything ever completed on it. I do this as a means for me to develop my confidence in a business that I am working with. I have always felt that it helps with my rapport of the service reps that I deal with. My concern with this visit is the price of the invoice. I didn't realize until I got home how the invoice was broken down and I'm very concerned that I paid $472.33 for one item. When I return back in town after the holiday I would like someone to help me understand this invoice. I'm not questioning anyone's integrity but rather trying to understand this better as to why something cost so much. Others have asked me why I always take my car to the dealership and my response is always because I trust them and I don't wish to have that trust falter in any way.
