John Thornton Chevrolet - Service Center

Some days hit or miss with customer service I wished they had more detailed notes so that when you had to call several times, they could just read the notes and everyone would be on the same pag I wished they had more detailed notes so that when you had to call several times, they could just read the notes and everyone would be on the same page. I also hate the fact that they charge a diagnostic fee for each part of the car. They should diagnose the car itself and tell you whats wrong and not go by what the customer may think is wrong. They are supposed to be the experts. More

No More Chances! I took my car to this dealership in September to have it serviced, which was a bill over $4,100. I am still experiencing problems from what was suppos I took my car to this dealership in September to have it serviced, which was a bill over $4,100. I am still experiencing problems from what was supposedly fixed in September. I also paid for an oil change and asked for all fluids to be "topped off"...this was NOT done. Yesterday, I drove straight from John Thornton Chevrolet to a Corvette specialist center to have my car PROPERLY serviced. I will listen to others from now on and DEFINITELY NOT return to John Thornton Chevrolet. More
