In 2018 I purchased a new Chevrolet and of course, returned to John Thornton for service because of previous satisfaction. Only to be greeted with unbelief! There is a new attitude in the air there. On my third visit with my new vehicle, I am outdone. Service was so unacceptable that I retrieved my vehicle and went elsewhere. It is clear to me that my patronage is no longer valued. Some days hit or miss with customer service I wished they had more detailed notes so that when you had to call several times, they could just read the notes and everyone would be on the same pag I wished they had more detailed notes so that when you had to call several times, they could just read the notes and everyone would be on the same page. I also hate the fact that they charge a diagnostic fee for each part of the car. They should diagnose the car itself and tell you whats wrong and not go by what the customer may think is wrong. They are supposed to be the experts. More
