No More Chances! I took my car to this dealership in September to have it serviced, which was a bill over $4,100. I am still experiencing problems from what was suppos I took my car to this dealership in September to have it serviced, which was a bill over $4,100. I am still experiencing problems from what was supposedly fixed in September. I also paid for an oil change and asked for all fluids to be "topped off"...this was NOT done. Yesterday, I drove straight from John Thornton Chevrolet to a Corvette specialist center to have my car PROPERLY serviced. I will listen to others from now on and DEFINITELY NOT return to John Thornton Chevrolet. More

New Tires & Routine Oil Change I stopped by the Service Dept. on Saturday, Oct. 26 and talked to Service Advisor Bryan Steinke about bringing my Colorado in for a set of tires and a I stopped by the Service Dept. on Saturday, Oct. 26 and talked to Service Advisor Bryan Steinke about bringing my Colorado in for a set of tires and an oil change the following week. I had already checked Thornton's on-line tire selector on their website and Bryan confirmed that the tires I selected were available and set my appointment up for the following Wednesday (Oct. 30). Bryan was ready for me when I arrived on Wednesday and had the work completed (new tires and oil change) in less than two hours, which I thought was excellent. Bryan also lined me up on a tire rebate offer that I was not aware of, which was especially nice since I used my GM Card, which doubled the rebate. All of the Thornton service advisors have helped me at one time or another, and Bryan has consistently been helpful and interested in providing good service. More
Leaving for work and car was dead Went to leave for work and the car wouldn't start. SO I called roadside assistance and after 2 hours they arrived and jump started the car. I drove to John Thornton knowing I didn't have an appointment and was taken in right away. Turned out the battery was dead as I suspected. In 2 hours they had me back on the road. Bryon has been my service rep since 2008 and always takes good care of me and my family! More
