Satisfied Customer To be honest I was getting a bit aggitated because the parts on my recalled Trax took about 8 or 9 week to be available. However Jarrod notified me as to when they were expected and when they arrived, I immediately made an appointment for the followimg day. I was given a "loaner" car for the day, my car was ready the same day, I.picked it up the following morning. My cars have been serviced at JT for at least 8 years and I have always been satisfied with your curtious staff and timely service. When the time came to purchase a new car I had no reason not to purchase it at JT Chevrolet. More
Install tow package Received verbal appointment via sales person trunk purchased from. Left home on 29th at 820 AM for hour drive. Received appointment via email around 830 AM after I'd left home. Arrived dealership around 930 AM. Left truck and waited till around 12 noon. Mechanic pulled truck to service entrance an service writer turned keys over to me. I started to leave and could tell that wring package wasn't installed. Mechanic was called, he looked under truck and made excuse. This showed me that mechanic didn't know his job to well to install hitch without wiring to tow trailer. I was asked did I want to bring back the next day or wait. I chose to wait. After three and half hours mechanic pulled truck back to service entrance. By this time I was very upset and tired and went to my truck looked to make sure wring plug was installed. The service writer met me with my keys, showed me the plug and I left. I didn't look at anything else. I returned the hour drive (which now was close to two hours due to traffic) home. I did not feel well and did not inspect the truck figuring to do that the morning of the 30th. I did a check of the hitch and was going to hook up my trailer to check wiring but was floored because there is now a dent on the drivers door, six to seven inches below handle, near the edge. Now the truck is black and this dent stands out big time. From my experience it appears that some one opened door into something, probably in the shop and elected to say nothing. I know I can't prove who but I know the dent wasn't there in the AM. I probably want here from anyone from the dealer so I'll get the dent fixed if I can and deal with the cost some way. More
Excellent Service I brought my 2005 Equinox in to get it serviced and to see if your mechanics could find out why it was so loud when I drove it. Well, to my surprise I brought my 2005 Equinox in to get it serviced and to see if your mechanics could find out why it was so loud when I drove it. Well, to my surprise they discovered the problem and fixed it. I recommend your service department to everyone that I come upon. I hope in the future to purchase a new vehicle and you can believe that I'll get it from Thornton Chevrolet with it's excellent service department. Thank you Bryon Steinke for making this happen! Went in for oil change/tire rotation The few service writers were on the phone when I arrived; so no greeting. They took my car back and it was returned within the hours.
