Bump in rear of vehicle when you stop and release brake On my 2019 high country 2500 there is a bump in the rear of the vehicle. Not only can you hear it but you can feel it 100 times more. They said first On my 2019 high country 2500 there is a bump in the rear of the vehicle. Not only can you hear it but you can feel it 100 times more. They said first it was gas sloshin around in the tank and bumping. Next time they said the leaf springs and shackles had to be retorqued. They said the brakes were checked and were fine but the wheels were not even removed so how was the brakes checked. The problem still exist just as bad now. It seems like the service manager is relying on bulletins than actually finding the root of the problem and fixin it. More

Quick and attentive service Bryon at the service desk is a straight shooter and courteous. He and the service techs diagnosed my A/C problem and had it fixed and I was out the do Bryon at the service desk is a straight shooter and courteous. Because of the issue, Bryon called GM to see if they would help with the cost and they did, dropping the price from $1,100 to $350. Outstanding work overall. More

Battery replacement gone wrong I have done business with them for 40 years. They normally do great. But this time was not good. A simple battery replacement went bad. After the repl I have done business with them for 40 years. They normally do great. But this time was not good. A simple battery replacement went bad. After the replacement I looked under the hood after a few miles from the dealership and saw that the battery was not sitting level. I called the service writer and returned to the dealership. He looked and said it was okay. I pointed out that it was not okay and that the battery was not sitting under the retainer on the right side. It was sitting on top of the retainer, thus causing it to look not level. I also found a square rubber part laying between the battery and the fender. At first, they did not know what this was. Another tech in the shop recognized that it was a vent cover that attached to the firewall behind the battery. During this event, I brought this to the attention of Gary Rogers who then engaged Steve White. They were great and intervened to ensure the corrections were made. I know that sometimes things go wrong. But, this was very frustrating and a 20-30 minutes service event turned into almost 3 hours and required a return trip back to the dealer. More
