Oil Change I called to schedule an oil change. I found out that the service advisor I have talked with for 15+ years was no longer there. I talked with another o I called to schedule an oil change. I found out that the service advisor I have talked with for 15+ years was no longer there. I talked with another one. When I went in for the appointment, I was directed to the "person that schedules the oil changes". The work was performed and as always, completed to my satisfaction. The point here is that I have now lost contact with a single point of contact for my service needs. This was very displeasing to me. I would like to have a "single point of contact" for all my service needs. More

Unfavorable behavior Some employees at this location will run this dealership out of business. Especially in the service department. No matter how many times in the last 5 Some employees at this location will run this dealership out of business. Especially in the service department. No matter how many times in the last 5 years, I have brought my car here for service, and updated my contact info, when it’s time to call me to pick up my car, they claim they couldn’t reach me??? They have a number listed over 5 years old. I witnessed the Service rep write my cell number down before I left. I still had to call and inquire about the status of my vehicle?? This is the second time this has happened. I stopped getting my car service here right after the free oil changes, it took too long and the atmosphere was not pleasant, nothing has changed. I am receiving a subtle message - we don’t need or want your business. They are not user friendly. My advice is to find another Chevy service departmen that values their customers. As of my last visit, I will. I am not sure what the service rep name is... your computer should have it. More
