He was very friendly, actively listened to my concerns, gave knowledgeable thoughts about my issues, and he provided answers to all of my many questions. He was able to explain “Mechanic Talk” in a way that I could understand. He showed genuine concern, & communicated with me regarding my vehicle status well. this was a great experience especially after being very disappointed with the first dealership that “serviced” my car. I might as well have not taken it to them (Steve Rayman Chevy Smryna, Ga). I am completely satisfied with the service that I received from JOHN THORNTON and will be returning for future services.
