I went in for an oil change, without an appointment and Matt worked with me. He was very polite, professional, and accommodating. His service was amazing and very inviting. The Service Department once again did an excellent job of taking care of my problem. I was initially told that it would take 2-3 days for service to be completed, Fortunately it only took 24 hours. I liked how honest the people who work for John Thornton were with me with my car and it didn’t feel like they were trying to push anything on me to make a sell. But, I think they could’ve did better with c were with me with my car and it didn’t feel like they were trying to push anything on me to make a sell. I arrived to my appointment at 8AM and was just sitting in my car not knowing what to do and it took someone over 30 minutes to come and ask me if I needed help. Also, the man who serviced my car had my car just running sitting there and when I noticed I walked up to the desk and asked if my car was done and he said oh yeah and checked me out…. I think communication would be highly effective because I could’ve left wayyy earlier. More
