I liked how honest the people who work for John Thornton were with me with my car and it didn’t feel like they were trying to push anything on me to make a sell. I arrived to my appointment at 8AM and was just sitting in my car not knowing what to do and it took someone over 30 minutes to come and ask me if I needed help. Also, the man who serviced my car had my car just running sitting there and when I noticed I walked up to the desk and asked if my car was done and he said oh yeah and checked me out…. I think communication would be highly effective because I could’ve left wayyy earlier. More
