We were not satisfied with what we felt was a failure to keep us informed about the initial logistics delay in getting a part for replacement under warranty, then a lack of communication in keeping us infor keep us informed about the initial logistics delay in getting a part for replacement under warranty, then a lack of communication in keeping us informed on the day of repair about the progress in making the repair. We were also charged (not just charged, but we believe an excessive amount) for the replacement of a failed battery in our remote on a new Chevy, yet our Ford remotes have not needed a battery change in over ten years of use. More

Deplorable customer service. Kept our car for a week and did NOTHING! Cost us over $300 for a rental car with no repair done. Why even make an appointment with a customer if you Kept our car for a week and did NOTHING! Cost us over $300 for a rental car with no repair done. Why even make an appointment with a customer if you have no intention of honoring it at all? No one was helpful in the least on the phone and even lied to us repeatedly about the status of our vehicle. We never even got a loner vehicle. Not even an apology for the terrible and inconsiderate teatment of a long-time customer and it felt like no one at the dealership even cared. Extremely disappointed! More

There was lots of confusion from a customer service standpoint even before I arrived. I finally reached a very helpful rep. When I arrived, however, the confusion continued. I was told my recalls would get done, they didn’t. I’ve also been waiting for months for installation of the blind spot alarm but they have been unable to get the parts. More
